Please read these terms and conditions that you accept as a user when using this Website. BAG disclaims any misinterpretation of the user in the understanding of the content that is developed in these terms and conditions.

 

BAG sells through this website exclusively to individuals. Under no circumstances may blancaastolfi.com be used by professional sellers for any form of marketing. This Website will sell the user the average logical quantities of a consumer to avoid the sale of BAG items to third parties. If any professional seller would like to market BAG products, they should contact the brand's sales representatives via email blancaastolfi@bag.com, specifying their intention in the subject line. BAG reserves the right to refuse the sale of its products to any professional sales customer.

Any sale made on this Website that does not comply with the terms and conditions will not be subject to any exchange or return or refund.

The contents of the Blancaastolfi.com Website, as well as its terms and conditions, may change periodically in accordance with the criteria and needs of BAG. The user undertakes to use said contents in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these lines . The user may use the Website and its contents for personal and private use. Any other use is prohibited and will require the user to obtain the prior express written authorization of BAG. The user may not delete, alter, evade or manipulate any protection device or security system that was installed on the BAG by Blanca Astolfi Website.

  1. Prices

 

The prices of the BAG Online Boutique are expressed in Euros and include VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will automatically be applied to the sales price. The price will not be increased by shipping costs within Spain. However, shipping costs will be added to those items with a final destination outside the national territory, the processing of which must be carried out via email and the interested party must send an email to bagbyblancaastolfi@gmail.com. BAG will publish sales within the Online Boutique itself, the price will appear already reduced and will be valid until the sales end period or until the price of the selected items no longer appears reduced.

BAG has two sales channels for its products: the Lagasca 134 Boutique in Madrid and the Online Boutique located within the Website www.blancaastolfi.com. The offer of BAG products will depend exclusively on the company BAG&PETRONIUS SL

ONLINE BOUTIQUE

The Online Boutique will have an online sales collection with a limited number of products while stocks last. When products are sold out, it will not be possible to purchase or order them. On specific occasions, BAG may re-offer out-of-stock products if it wishes. In the event that a finished stock becomes available again, it will be informed through the Newsletter or by announcing it on Social Networks.

LAGASCA BOUTIQUE

During the year, BAG will open the doors of the Lagasca Boutique offering garments from all the brand's collections, both from the exclusive sale of the Boutique and the Online Boutique. It will remain open all year except the month of August and will hold events that will be announced through Social Networks or via email through the Newsletter.

  1. Purchase procedure in the Online Boutique.

 

Purchasing process:

 

Within the menu (upper left button), in the Online Boutique section, you can see the collections currently available for online sale. In this section you can find an image of each and every one of the items, also their prices. If you double click on the items you will find a breakdown with possible sizes and the characteristics of the selected products.

Within each item you can choose color and size. You will have two options, first: Add to Cart to continue viewing other items and second: Buy now , an option that will take you directly to the payment platform. If you decide to add the item to the cart you can continue attaching other items.

Once you think you have finished your order, go to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the bag-shaped icon in the upper right corner. When you have verified that everything is in order, click Finish Order to go to the payment platform.

Please pay attention to the Size Guide before purchasing an item, it will be essential that you follow the instructions precisely to choose your ideal size.

The Website will redirect you to a payment platform where you will see the summary of the order and you must provide your contact information: email or mobile phone number (you will also have the option to register for the BAG Newsletter and be updated on news of interest published by the brand).

It is important to correctly fill in the shipping address, providing all the necessary information to facilitate the delivery of your order. Then you must continue with the next step: the Shipping Method, verify your contact information and shipping address and select the shipping method.

In the next step: Billing and payments, you will need to choose the payment method and billing address (if different from the shipping address). This invoice will be sent only upon request of the client to the email address provided.

The user will have the option Remember me , which will record the data provided to expedite future orders in BAG.

Finally, select Review Order . By continuing with the order you accept the Terms of Privacy and the Terms of Service.

  1. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website and its contents, including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, color combinations, structure, buttons, as well as the software , trade names, brands, works, illustrations, photographs or industrial drawings and any other signs susceptible to industrial and commercial use are the property and ownership of BAG or third party owners thereof who have duly authorized their inclusion on the Website.

BAG prohibits the reproduction, distribution and public communication of all or part of the contents of its Website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of BAG.

 

  1. Shipping

Generally, the delivery time for National shipments will be within 24 hours if the order is placed before 1:00 p.m. the day before, and may be extended by 1 to 2 business days.

* MIA La Florida collection may take between 24 and 72 hours on business days.

Some garments have a longer delivery time, in which case the Boutique will contact the customer immediately after purchase to confirm the delivery date.

If your shipment requires special urgency, you can contact BAG by email at info@blancaastolfi.com to speed up delivery.

When indicated and due to new collections of limited editions/orders and pre-orders, the delivery time may increase from 10 to 15 business days or when indicated in the description of the collection/product in question.

The rate and shipping time abroad will depend on the receiving country (2-10 days), and the company BAG & PETRONIUS SL will not be responsible for any customs costs, which will have to be paid by the customer.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

 

PRODUCT RETURN

Once the order is received, you will have 14 calendar days (working and non-working) to request an exchange or return if necessary. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Purchases made in the month of December 2022 will have the return period extended until January 10, 2023.

PRODUCT PREPARATION

Prepare the package by introducing the garments you wish to return along with the marked delivery note. It is important that the packaging is original and that the tapes are unaltered. The product must be in perfect condition, correctly labeled, unused and without damage or stains.
